About the Speaker:
Jorge de Moya is the Executive Director of The de Moya Foundation, a nonprofit championing employment opportunities for young adults with unique abilities. With a background in film, television, and entertainment, he blends creativity and advocacy while leveraging media to engage and inspire the disability community nationwide. As founder of 90 Miles Media, Jorge has produced content for nonprofits and top brands like Red Bull F1, and worked with networks such as OWN and the Discovery Channel. At the foundation, he drives marketing, media, and partnerships, raising awareness of inclusive employment. Inspired by his brother, Jorge also serves on the boards of The de Moya Foundation and APSE Florida, and remains active as a podcaster and digital media consultant.
