About the Event
This event brings together council members, board members, advocates, and staff from disability policy organizations and state agencies who are working to improve employment opportunities for Iowans with disabilities. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect, learn, and engage in meaningful conversations about inclusive employment across the state.
Refreshments
Cookies and coffee will be provided by River to River Bakery & Pizza from Adel. Attendees are encouraged to learn more about their business and the employment opportunities they offer for people with disabilities.

Before attending, we encourage you to email your legislators to let them know you’ll be at the Capitol on Wednesday, January 28. A brief message helps strengthen relationships and makes in-person conversations at the Capitol even more impactful.
